We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader who can oversee daily operations, manage staff effectively, and ensure smooth coordination across all operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
- Monitor staff performance, schedules, attendance, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with management to implement operational plans and improvements
- Ensure smooth workflow, problem-solving, and operational consistency
- Handle all tasks related to operations management and team control
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in the same field will be very helpful and highly preferred

نبحث عن مدير عمليات ذي مهارات عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا. المرشح المثالي هو قائد فريق متميز قادر على الإشراف على العمليات اليومية، وإدارة الموظفين بكفاءة، وضمان التنسيق السلس بين جميع الوظائف التشغيلية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة فريق العمليات والإشراف عليه وتحفيزه
- إدارة العمليات اليومية وضمان الكفاءة في جميع الأقسام
- مراقبة أداء الموظفين وجداولهم الزمنية وحضورهم ومدى التزامهم بسياسات الشركة
- التنسيق مع الإدارة لتنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية والتحسينات
- ضمان سير العمل بسلاسة، وحل المشكلات، والاتساق التشغيلي
- تولي جميع المهام المتعلقة بإدارة العمليات والتحكم في الفريق
متطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة كمدير عمليات أو في منصب مماثل
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية قوية للفريق
- قدرات تنظيمية وتواصلية ممتازة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع مهام متعددة
- ستكون الخبرة في نفس المجال مفيدة للغاية ومفضلة بشدة
