Job Opportunity:
Join EY’s International Tax & Transaction Services (ITTS) practice as a Manager, providing expert advisory services on regional and international tax matters. This role focuses on complex international tax engagements, helping clients navigate tax implications across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on international tax issues including permanent establishment, double taxation, cross-border treaties, tax structuring, corporate tax impact assessments, and withholding tax.
- Manage technically complex tax engagements ensuring excellence in client service.
- Collaborate with other areas of the tax practice and the wider EY network on client opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of the practice by delivering internal training, developing precedents, and sharing knowledge.
- Participate in team and firm events, give presentations, and produce expert articles for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field; advanced qualifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in international tax advisory roles, preferably with cross-border experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of regional and international tax codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and mentor junior staff.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
