1. Drafting Specialist – Chilled Water Systems
Job Type: Full-time
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Drafting Specialist with strong experience in chilled water plants and hydronic HVAC networks. The role focuses on producing high-quality technical drawings for piping layouts, plant rooms, pump rooms, and HVAC equipment connections. Coordination with mechanical engineers and project teams is essential to ensure accuracy and compliance with Bahrain regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed chilled water system drawings, including piping layouts, hydraulic schematics, sections, and details.
Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings for chilled water plants, pump rooms, primary/secondary piping loops, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings to integrate chilled water and HVAC systems.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to meet project specifications and timelines.
Produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (MEP).
Ensure compliance with Bahrain local codes, standards, and project specifications.
Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and assist with bill of quantities (BOQ) for chilled water and HVAC systems.
Provide drafting support during construction, including revisions and site coordination.
Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, civil, electrical) to resolve clashes.
Maintain organized records of drawings and technical documentation.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, MEP, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP drafting with focus on chilled water systems and HVAC.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Strong understanding of chilled water plant layouts, hydronic systems, and HVAC design coordination.
Knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and practices in Bahrain.
CRPEP license is an advantage.

نبحث عن أخصائي تصميم ذو خبرة قوية في محطات المياه المبردة وشبكات HVAC المائية. تركز الوظيفة على إنتاج رسومات فنية عالية الجودة لتصاميم الأنابيب وغرف المحطات وغرف المضخات وربط معدات HVAC. التنسيق مع المهندسين والفِرق أمر أساسي لضمان الدقة والامتثال للوائح البحرين.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إعداد رسومات مفصلة لأنظمة المياه المبردة بما في ذلك مخططات الأنابيب والرسوم الهيدروليكية والمقاطع والتفاصيل.
تطوير رسومات الورشة والرسومات النهائية لمحطات المياه المبردة وغرف المضخات وأنابيب الخطوط الأولية والثانوية والصمامات ووحدات الهواء وأجهزة HVAC المرتبطة.
تفسير الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية لضمان دمج الأنظمة بشكل صحيح.
التنسيق مع المهندسين ومديري المشاريع وفِرق الموقع لضمان تلبية المواصفات والجداول الزمنية.
إنتاج رسومات دقيقة باستخدام AutoCAD وRevit (MEP).
التأكد من الامتثال للكودات والمعايير المحلية في البحرين ومتطلبات المشاريع.
إعداد كميات المواد والمساعدة في إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ).
تقديم الدعم أثناء البناء بما في ذلك التعديلات والتنسيق مع الموقع.
التنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى (معمارية، مدنية، كهربائية) لحل التعارضات.
الحفاظ على سجلات منظمة للرسومات والوثائق الفنية.
إدارة مشاريع متعددة مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
المتطلبات:
درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو MEP أو مجال ذو صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في التصميم MEP مع التركيز على أنظمة المياه المبردة وHVAC.
إجادة AutoCAD أمر أساسي.
فهم قوي لتصاميم محطات المياه المبردة، الأنظمة المائية، وتنسيق تصميم HVAC.
معرفة بقواعد ومعايير وممارسات MEP المعمول بها في البحرين.
رخصة CRPEP ميزة إضافية.
