Job Opportunity – Django Developer

We’re looking for a strong Django Developer to join our growing tech team in Bahrain or KSA. This role is for someone who enjoys building real products, working with scale, and taking ownership beyond just writing code.

Django Developer (Backend / Full-Stack)

Location

Bahrain or Saudi Arabia (Onsite / Hybrid – depending on profile)

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain Django-based web applications

• Design and develop REST APIs

• Work on scalable, production-grade systems

• Integrate third-party services (payments, email, analytics, etc.)

• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams

• Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with Python & Django

• Strong understanding of Django ORM, REST Framework

• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL

• Solid knowledge of authentication, permissions, and security

• Familiarity with AWS / cloud environments is a plus

• Ability to think in terms of performance, scale, and reliability

• Clean code, clear communication, ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Celery, Redis

• Exposure to Docker

• Event-tech, SaaS, or high-traffic systems experience

البحرين أو المملكة العربية السعودية (دوام في المكتب أو هجين – حسب الملف الشخصي)

المهام والمسؤوليات

• بناء وصيانة تطبيقات الويب المبنية على Django

• تصميم وتطوير واجهات برمجة التطبيقات REST APIs

• العمل على أنظمة إنتاجية قابلة للتوسع

• دمج خدمات خارجية (مدفوعات، بريد إلكتروني، تحليلات، إلخ)

• التعاون مع فرق الواجهة الأمامية، DevOps، والمنتج

• تصحيح الأخطاء، تحسين الأداء، وتطوير الأنظمة الحالية

المتطلبات

• خبرة عملية من 3–6 سنوات أو أكثر في Python و Django

• فهم قوي لـ Django ORM و REST Framework

• خبرة في PostgreSQL / MySQL

• معرفة قوية بأساليب المصادقة، الصلاحيات، والأمان

• الإلمام بـ AWS / بيئات السحابة ميزة إضافية

• القدرة على التفكير من منظور الأداء، التوسع، والموثوقية

• كتابة أكواد نظيفة، تواصل واضح، وقدرة على تحمل المسؤولية

المهارات المفضلة

• خبرة في Celery و Redis

• الإلمام بـ Docker

• خبرة في أنظمة Event-tech، SaaS، أو الأنظمة عالية الحركة
