المهام والمسؤوليات

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing works including tiling, painting, plastering, gypsum, carpentry, doors, windows, and final fixtures

• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and material samples

• Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen

• Monitor quality of workmanship and rectify defects

• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet project schedules

• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain finishing standards

• Ensure proper protection and handover of completed areas

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel and petrol engines

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance

• Repair and maintain hydraulic machines, forklifts, JCB, and power tools

• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults

• Carry out engine overhauling when required
