Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose: Support and implement organizational development programs that align employees with key business strategies and initiatives by analyzing organizational structures, roles, reporting lines, responsibilities, and internal processes, and by contributing to change projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve business performance through redistribution of responsibilities and adjustment of reporting lines.

Contribute to research and analysis to evaluate current organizational structures and develop future-state organizational design proposals.

Support change initiatives as a team member by providing analysis, project plan updates, and execution support.

Propose enhancements to existing processes and practices to improve operational efficiency and organizational benefit.

Support job analysis and job evaluation activities, including preparing job descriptions, role profiles, and related scope data.

Interpret data and identify possible solutions by navigating organizational processes, procedures, and precedents.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development.

Solid understanding of standard OD procedures, systems, and frameworks.
