Key Account Specialist – Manama, Bahrain
Position Overview:
The Key Account Specialist manages and develops relationships with strategic clients, ensuring retention, operational efficiency, and growth of accounts. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless logistics services, analyze performance metrics, implement account strategies, and provide insights into market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Retention & Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts as the primary point of contact.
Understand client business models and operational requirements to offer tailored solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits and develop opportunities to expand business.
Operational Excellence:
Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Oversee processes from job creation to billing while maintaining high operational standards.
Monitor account performance and provide monthly reports.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Execute operational plans for ocean freight, including perishable, pharmaceutical, and aviation goods.
Present regular business reviews to clients showcasing performance and future opportunities.
Problem Solving & Pricing:
Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective solutions.
Manage pricing inquiries and execute cross-selling opportunities competitively.
Account Reporting & Market Insights:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and operational performance.
Provide strategic insights based on market trends and competitor activities.
Analyze and improve processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or account management is an advantage.

يتولى اختصاصي الحسابات الرئيسية إدارة وتطوير علاقات العملاء الاستراتيجيين، وضمان الاحتفاظ بالعملاء، والكفاءة التشغيلية، ونمو الحسابات. يشمل الدور التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتقديم خدمات لوجستية سلسة، وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الحسابات، وتقديم رؤى حول اتجاهات السوق.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
الاحتفاظ بالعملاء وإدارة العلاقات:
الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الحسابات الرئيسية كنقطة اتصال أساسية.
فهم نماذج عمل العملاء ومتطلباتهم التشغيلية لتقديم حلول مخصصة.
القيام بزيارات منتظمة للعملاء وتطوير فرص لتوسيع الأعمال.
التميز التشغيلي:
التنسيق مع فرق اللوجستيات وخدمة العملاء لضمان تقديم خدمات فعالة.
الإشراف على العمليات من إنشاء الطلبات حتى الفوترة مع الحفاظ على معايير تشغيلية عالية.
متابعة أداء الحسابات وتقديم تقارير شهرية للإدارة.
التخطيط الاستراتيجي:
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الحسابات لتحقيق النمو والربحية.
تنفيذ خطط التشغيل للشحن البحري بما في ذلك المنتجات القابلة للتلف، الدوائية، والطيران.
تقديم مراجعات أعمال منتظمة للعملاء لإبراز الأداء والفرص المستقبلية.
حل المشكلات والتسعير:
التعامل مع المشكلات التشغيلية وحلها بسرعة وفعالية.
العمل كحلقة وصل بين العملاء والفرق الداخلية لتسهيل الحلول.
إدارة استفسارات التسعير وتنفيذ فرص البيع العابر بشكل تنافسي.
تقارير الحسابات ورؤى السوق:
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتفاعلات العملاء وأداء العمليات.
تقديم رؤى استراتيجية بناءً على اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين.
تحليل وتحسين العمليات لتعزيز جودة الخدمات والكفاءة التشغيلية.
المتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة/مؤهل مكافئ.
مهارات تواصل وإدارة علاقات قوية.
القدرة على التحليل وحل المشكلات.
خبرة في اللوجستيات أو الشحن أو إدارة الحسابات تعتبر ميزة.
