1. NSA BOSS Bahrain: Maintenance Technician, Sr. EVT
Job Description:
The Senior EVT Maintenance Technician will perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and EVT systems supporting NSA BOSS Bahrain operations. The role ensures high system reliability, optimal performance, and compliance with local safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on EVT systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
Perform complex troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
Oversee and document maintenance schedules and equipment history to optimize performance.
Support engineering teams during system upgrades, installations, and technical modifications.
Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and quality standards.
Train junior technicians and mentor team members in best maintenance practices.
Assist with procurement and inventory management for maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials.
Collaborate with project managers on planning maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime.
Prepare detailed maintenance reports and communicate findings to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of industrial electrical, mechanical, or EVT systems.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Safety-focused with understanding of industrial standards and protocols.

المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:
تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية لأنظمة EVT والمعدات الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
استكشاف الأعطال المعقدة وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ حلول طويلة الأمد.
الإشراف على جداول الصيانة وتوثيق تاريخ المعدات لتحسين الأداء.
دعم فرق الهندسة أثناء ترقيات الأنظمة، والتركيبات، والتعديلات التقنية.
ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير السلامة، وإجراءات التشغيل، ومعايير الجودة.
تدريب الفنيين الجدد وتوجيه الفريق في أفضل ممارسات الصيانة.
المساعدة في إدارة المشتريات والمخزون للأدوات وقطع الغيار والمواد اللازمة للصيانة.
التعاون مع مديري المشاريع في تخطيط أنشطة الصيانة لتقليل توقف العمليات.
إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن الصيانة وإبلاغ الإدارة بالنتائج.
المؤهلات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية أو EVT الصناعية.
معرفة قوية بتقنيات الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية.
القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية والمخططات والدلائل.
مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
مهارات عمل جماعي واتصال ممتازة.
التركيز على السلامة وفهم المعايير الصناعية والبروتوكولات.
