General Accountant – Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute VAT and compare VAT returns
Prepare and manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Knowledge of financial regulations and policies
Experience with financial management software
Financial accounting, analysis, and reporting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred: Bahraini nationality
Solar Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar power plants (50 MW+)
Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Interface with clients, government authorities, consultants, and contractors
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
Monitor and report on project performance, milestones, and deliverables
Support business development with technical insights and client support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project management
Proven experience managing solar projects of 100 MW or above
Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, site execution, permitting, and interconnection processes
Familiarity with PV system design tools (e.g., PVSyst) and project management software
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel to project sites as required
Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus
