Job Summary
Estarta is seeking a highly skilled Network Consultant Engineer (Service Provider) to deliver professional services for our strategic partner Cisco. The role involves designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting advanced network solutions for service provider customers. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with consulting skills to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality network solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Cisco-based network solutions for customers.

Collaborate with customers to plan, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco products and services.
-
Support integration and implementation of network tools, systems, and service assurance solutions.
-
Participate in presales activities by translating business and technical requirements into solution designs.
-
Develop professional customer-facing materials including technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.
-
Ensure technical deliverables align with project scope and customer objectives.
-
Drive technology transitions and service design improvements for customers.
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
-
Work directly with customers, Cisco teams, and partners to deploy and optimize Cisco service provider solutions.

Own assigned tasks and projects to ensure timely implementation.
-
Create, review, and maintain project deliverables such as HLD/LLD documents and implementation plans.
-
Utilize test environments and software tools to resolve technical challenges and automate network processes.
-
Act as the initial technical escalation point for assigned customer engagements.
Scope of Interaction:

Collaborate with engineers across technology domains and interact with sales teams, managers, and stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance for solution feasibility and design decisions.
Problem Complexity:

Address moderately complex technical challenges, evaluating multiple solution alternatives to select the most effective approach.
Required Expertise & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
-
5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer in Service Provider environments.
-
Proven expertise in Routing & Switching and MPLS networks.
-
Solid experience with Cisco service provider solutions and platforms.
-
Mandatory Cisco certifications: CCNA and CCNP. CCIE preferred.
-
Ability and willingness to work onsite in Manama, Bahrain.
Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in large-scale service provider networks.

Excellent customer-facing consulting and communication skills.

Experience in multi-vendor and complex network environments.

تبحث شركة Estarta عن مهندس استشارات شبكات متمرس لدعم وتقديم الخدمات الاحترافية لشريكنا الاستراتيجي Cisco. تتضمن الوظيفة تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين ودعم حلول الشبكات المتقدمة لعملاء مزودي الخدمة، مع دمج الخبرة العملية والقدرات الاستشارية لتحويل متطلبات الأعمال إلى حلول شبكية عالية الجودة وقابلة للتوسع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
المسؤوليات الأساسية:

قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين حلول الشبكات القائمة على Cisco للعملاء.

التعاون مع العملاء لتخطيط وتكوين واستكشاف منتجات وخدمات Cisco وحل المشكلات.

دعم تكامل وتنفيذ أدوات وأنظمة الشبكة وحلول ضمان الخدمة.

إعداد المواد التقنية والتدريبية للعملاء ونقل المعرفة.

التأكد من توافق جميع المخرجات التقنية مع نطاق المشروع وأهداف العملاء.
-
قيادة انتقالات التكنولوجيا وتحسين تصميم الخدمات للعملاء.
المسؤوليات الخاصة بالدور:

العمل مباشرة مع العملاء وفرق Cisco والشركاء لنشر وتحسين حلول مزودي الخدمة.
-
تولي المهام والمشاريع لضمان التنفيذ في الوقت المناسب.
-
إنشاء ومراجعة وصيانة مستندات المشروع مثل HLD وLLD وخطط التنفيذ.
-
استخدام بيئات الاختبار وأدوات البرمجيات لحل التحديات التقنية وأتمتة الشبكات.
-
العمل كنقطة تصعيد فني أولية للمهام الموكلة.
مجال التفاعل:

التعاون مع المهندسين عبر مجالات تكنولوجية مختلفة والتفاعل مع فرق المبيعات والمديرين وأصحاب المصلحة.

تقديم الإرشاد الفني فيما يخص جدوى الحلول والتصميم.
تعقيد المشكلات:

التعامل مع تحديات تقنية متوسطة التعقيد، وتقييم حلول متعددة لاختيار الأنسب وفقًا لمتطلبات العملاء والأثر التجاري.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
-
بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو هندسة الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة عملية 5–7 سنوات كمهندس شبكات في بيئات مزود الخدمة.
-
خبرة مثبتة في تقنيات التوجيه والتبديل وشبكات MPLS.
-
خبرة عملية قوية في حلول ومنصات Cisco لمزودي الخدمة.
-
شهادات Cisco إلزامية: CCNA وCCNP، ويفضّل CCIE.
-
القدرة والاستعداد للعمل في المنامة، البحرين.
