Role Description:
The Marketing Account Specialist is responsible for managing client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the company. The role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, executing marketing strategies, and coordinating influencer-driven campaigns in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with client accounts
Act as the main communication point for clients
Develop and support marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
Coordinate with influencers and internal teams
Manage project timelines and ensure smooth campaign execution
Support sales initiatives and identify growth opportunities
Deliver high-quality customer service and ongoing client support
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely

المهام الرئيسية:
إدارة علاقات العملاء والحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الرضا
التواصل المباشر والمستمر مع العملاء
المساهمة في تطوير الاستراتيجيات التسويقية
