QAQC Engineer - For Road Division
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountable for the quality of material and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction of civil infrastructure and related works, and interfacing with multidisciplinary processes.
- Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project/projects, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, permanent materials delivered, method statements, inspection test plans, checklists, and other important QA/QC documents based on project specification.
- Responsible for the closure of NCRs and SIs related to the projects.
- Responsible for the preparation of the QA Manual and the control and supervision of all amendments and revisions for the Asphalt Division.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation and post-inspection of completed works to comply with the quality requirements of the project.
- Represent client quality meetings, pre-bid meetings, subcontractor/vendor prequalifying committee meetings, internal and external audits, and the Asphalt Division.
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee testing methods, and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
- Review the quality of all materials at pre-production stock and at the site to ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality. To collaborate with the respective departments for the production and procurement of all materials to maintain the quality standards as per the requirement.

- مسؤول عن وثائق ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة للمشروع/المشاريع بالكامل، بما في ذلك الشهادات والمعايرة ونتائج الاختبار وطلبات التفتيش وتقارير عدم الامتثال وتعليمات/ملاحظات الموقع والمواد الدائمة التي تم تسليمها وبيانات الأساليب وخطط اختبار التفتيش وقوائم المراجعة وغيرها من وثائق ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة المهمة بناءً على مواصفات المشروع.

- مسؤول عن تطوير وصيانة معايير الجودة التي تنطبق على أعمال البناء في الموقع، وضمان التنفيذ السليم والتفتيش اللاحق للأعمال المنجزة للامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة للمشروع.
- تمثيل اجتماعات جودة العملاء، واجتماعات ما قبل تقديم العطاءات، واجتماعات لجنة التأهيل المسبق للمقاولين من الباطن/الموردين، وعمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية، وقسم الأسفلت.
- تطوير وتحديد جميع المعايير لإجراء عمليات التفتيش والاختبار على جميع الإجراءات، والإشراف على أساليب الاختبار، والحفاظ على معايير عالية للجودة لجميع العمليات.
- مراجعة جودة جميع المواد في مخزون ما قبل الإنتاج وفي الموقع لضمان مطابقتها لجميع مواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة. التعاون مع الإدارات المعنية في إنتاج وتوريد جميع المواد للحفاظ على معايير الجودة المطلوبة.
