Orthodontics – Program Director
Dr. Hala Alsayed Health Training Center, a division of Dr Hala Medical Group, is seeking a highly accomplished orthodontist to join as a full-time Program Director for its postgraduate orthodontic membership pathway. This role forms part of an advanced accreditation initiative in collaboration with one of the Royal Colleges.
The position represents a senior academic leadership role, suitable for an orthodontist with strong academic standing, international postgraduate training, and proven experience in postgraduate education and program governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Program Director for the postgraduate orthodontic membership program
Lead the design, delivery, assessment, and governance of the academic curriculum in alignment with Royal College standards
Ensure academic quality assurance, examiner coordination, and faculty management
Deliver advanced postgraduate-level orthodontic teaching
Lead accreditation processes, audits, and continuous compliance activities
Mentor postgraduate trainees and junior academic staff
Represent the Training Center in regional and international academic and professional forums
Essential Requirements:
Fellowship or Membership of one of the Royal Colleges (mandatory requirement)
Recognized senior academic appointment (Professor, Associate Professor, or equivalent)
PhD and/or specialty qualification in Orthodontics (DDS/DMD with accredited orthodontic training)
Demonstrated experience in postgraduate orthodontic education and academic program leadership
Strong academic portfolio including teaching, curriculum development, and scholarly contributions
Previous involvement in international accreditation or membership programs is highly desirable

مدير برنامج تقويم الأسنان
يسعى مركز الدكتورة هالة السيد للتدريب الصحي، التابع لمجموعة Dr Hala Alsayed Medical Group، إلى تعيين أستاذ تقويم أسنان بدوام كامل لتولي منصب مدير برنامج الدراسات العليا لتقويم الأسنان، وذلك ضمن مبادرة اعتماد أكاديمي متقدم بالتعاون مع إحدى الكليات الملكية.
يُعد هذا المنصب منصبًا قياديًا أكاديميًا رفيع المستوى، ومناسبًا لأخصائي تقويم أسنان يتمتع بخلفية أكاديمية قوية وخبرة دولية في التعليم الطبي بعد التخرج.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
الإشراف الكامل على برنامج عضوية تقويم الأسنان للدراسات العليا
قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وتقييم المناهج الأكاديمية وفقًا لمعايير الكليات الملكية
ضمان الجودة الأكاديمية والتنسيق مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والممتحنين
تقديم تعليم متقدم في تقويم الأسنان على مستوى الدراسات العليا
إدارة عمليات الاعتماد الأكاديمي والتدقيق والالتزام المستمر بالمعايير
الإشراف الأكاديمي وتوجيه المتدربين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس الجدد
تمثيل مركز التدريب في المؤتمرات والمنتديات الأكاديمية الإقليمية والدولية
المتطلبات الأساسية:
عضوية أو زمالة في إحدى الكليات الملكية (شرط أساسي)
شغل منصب أكاديمي معترف به (أستاذ / أستاذ مشارك أو ما يعادله)
درجة دكتوراه و/أو تخصص معتمد في تقويم الأسنان (DDS/DMD مع تدريب معتمد)
خبرة مثبتة في التعليم الطبي بعد التخرج وإدارة البرامج الأكاديمية
سجل أكاديمي قوي يشمل التدريس وتطوير المناهج والبحث العلمي
خبرة سابقة في برامج الاعتماد الدولي تُعد ميزة إضافية
