Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Supervise vendor and supplier payments across all channels, reviewing supporting documentation and ensuring compliance.
Manage and monitor petty cash transactions, establish controls, and review reconciliations.
Review and approve invoices, receipts, and LPOs prepared for clients and suppliers.
Ensure financial data confidentiality, perform regular database backups, and strengthen internal controls.

المهام الوظيفية:
التعامل مع مسح العناصر، وضمان دقة جرد المخزون ومطابقة البيانات في القسم المخصص بالمتجر.
جامع المنتجات (Products Picker / Items Picker)
المهام الوظيفية:
التواجد داخل المركز التجاري أو السوبرماركت وجمع العناصر حسب قائمة الطلبات.
تقديم اقتراحات بديلة مناسبة للعملاء عند نفاد أي عنصر.
مشرف العمليات (Supervisor)
المهام الوظيفية:
الإشراف وتحسين عمليات الإنجاز في جميع فروع السوبرماركت، وضمان سير الطلبات بسلاسة ودقة.
قيادة ودعم مشرفي المتاجر والمتسوقين للحفاظ على سير العمل والكفاءة واتباع السياسات.
الإشراف على معالجة الطلبات وحل مشاكل العملاء المتعلقة بأخطاء جمع الطلبات.
متابعة العمليات لضمان كفاءة الإنجاز، وتقليل الأخطاء، والحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء.
المتطلبات:
خبرة 3–4 سنوات في إدارة عمليات الإنجاز، مع مهارات قوية في التواصل والتحليل وحل المشكلات.
