Machine Operator – Paper Bowl
Qualifications:
Minimum Secondary School Graduate.
At least 3 years of relevant experience operating continuous high-volume production machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment. Preference given to candidates with experience on similar machines under a controlled QMS operation.
Ability to operate Paper Bowl machines.
Capable of performing minor machine troubleshooting.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
Major Responsibilities:
Efficiently organize production activities to achieve and improve targeted KPIs.
Set up standard process parameters and identify opportunities for process improvement to increase production output and reduce costs.
Generate daily and periodic production reports.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of machinery and workstations.
Ensure the correct product quality and packaging standards are maintained.
Set and operate machines under standard process parameters and adjust settings as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
Problem-solving skills for minor machine troubleshooting.
Ability to maintain high productivity while ensuring quality standards.

مشغل ماكينة – أوعية ورقية
المؤهلات:
شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تشغيل آلات إنتاج مستمر عالية الحجم في بيئة تصنيع البلاستيك (ويُفضل من لديه خبرة في تشغيل آلات مماثلة ضمن نظام إدارة جودة QMS).
القدرة على تشغيل ماكينة أوعية ورقية (Paper Bowl Machine).
القدرة على إجراء صيانة بسيطة وحل مشاكل الماكينة.
مهارات جيدة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق متعدد الجنسيات والثقافات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تنظيم أنشطة الإنتاج بكفاءة لتحقيق وتحسين مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
إعداد وضبط معايير العمليات القياسية، وتحسين التوقيت والعمليات لزيادة الإنتاج وتقليل التكلفة.
إعداد تقارير الإنتاج اليومية والدورية.
أداء الصيانة الدورية والوقائية وتنظيف الماكينات ومحطات العمل.
التأكد من إنتاج المنتجات بجودة عالية واستخدام التغليف المناسب.
ضبط وتشغيل الماكينات وفق معايير الجودة القياسية، والقدرة على تعديل إعدادات الماكينة وخطوط التعبئة.
