Role Overview:
The Licensed Aircraft Engineer is responsible for carrying out professional aircraft engineering activities during assigned shifts. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant line maintenance operations by performing inspections, defect rectification, and certification in accordance with airline procedures and regulatory requirements.

Main Objectives:

• Ensure safe and efficient aircraft line maintenance operations

• Perform certification and defect rectification activities

• Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment meet regulatory and airline standards

• Adhere to approved safety practices and engineering guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and comply with the Company’s Corporate Policy at all times

• Adhere to Security, Quality, Aviation Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems

• Raise Occurrence Reports for any hazards, damages, or safety concerns

• Perform shift duties and ensure proper handover between shifts

• Act as the key technical contact between Line Maintenance, airlines, and internal departments

• Provide technical handling in accordance with organizational exposition and operator line maintenance procedures

• Conduct ARR/DEP headset communications when required

• Monitor and follow operator-specific technical checklists

• Review aircraft logbooks and post-flight reports

• Perform line checks and certify work within the scope of authorization

• Prepare technical summary reports for airlines

• Monitor equipment availability and coordinate allocation during shifts

• Liaise with airlines and flight operations regarding technical delays

• Coordinate equipment replacement and maintenance support

• Support emergency and accident situations in compliance with policies

• Comply with company and airport health, safety, and security regulations

• Maintain valid recurrent training and company authorization

Minimum Requirements:

• EASA PART 66 B1 or B2 License (Mandatory)

نبذة عن الدور الوظيفي:
يتولى مهندس الطائرات المرخص مسؤولية تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الهندسية للطائرات خلال المناوبات المحددة، مع ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة والكفاءة التشغيلية، وإجراء الفحوصات، ومعالجة الأعطال، وإصدار شهادات الصلاحية وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة.

الأهداف الرئيسية:

• ضمان سلامة وكفاءة عمليات صيانة الخط

• تنفيذ أعمال التصديق الفني ومعالجة الأعطال

• التأكد من جاهزية أدوات ومعدات الصيانة وفق المتطلبات التنظيمية

• الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والممارسات الهندسية المعتمدة

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الالتزام بالسياسات المؤسسية للشركة في جميع الأوقات

• التقيد بأنظمة الأمن، الجودة، السلامة الجوية، الصحة المهنية، والبيئة

• إعداد تقارير الحوادث عند اكتشاف أي مخاطر أو أضرار

• تنفيذ مهام المناوبة وضمان استلام وتسليم المعلومات بين المناوبات

• التنسيق الفني مع أقسام صيانة الخط وشركات الطيران

• تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة وفق دليل الشركة وإجراءات مشغلي الطائرات

• إجراء اتصالات ARR/DEP عند الحاجة

• متابعة القوائم الفنية الخاصة بكل مشغل

• مراجعة سجلات الطائرات وتقارير ما بعد الرحلات

• تنفيذ فحوصات الخط والتصديق الفني ضمن حدود التفويض

• إعداد تقارير فنية دورية لشركات الطيران

• متابعة توفر المعدات وتخطيط استخدامها

• التنسيق مع العمليات الجوية بشأن التأخيرات الفنية

• متابعة متطلبات استبدال المعدات والدعم الفني

• الالتزام بإجراءات الطوارئ والحوادث

• الالتزام بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والأمن المعتمدة

• الحفاظ على صلاحية الدورات التدريبية والتفويض الوظيفي

الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات:

• رخصة EASA PART 66 B1 أو B2 (شرط أساسي)
