HSE Trainer – Bahrain
Job Description:
- Design and deliver high-quality Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs in line with international standards and TÜV SÜD Academy guidelines.
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions in classroom, virtual, and blended learning formats across various HSE topics.
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet client-specific requirements and industry needs.
- Utilize interactive training techniques such as case studies, group discussions, simulations, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
- Develop, update, and customize training materials, lesson plans, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with TÜV SÜD policies, Academy procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, evaluations, and reports.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to support continuous improvement of training programs.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and instructional design teams to support training planning and delivery.
- Represent TÜV SÜD professionally during all client interactions and training sessions.
- Stay updated on international HSE standards, regional regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in the Middle East region.
- At least 2 years of experience in HSE training or instructional roles.
- Previous experience delivering NEBOSH and IOSH approved training programs is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and local regulatory frameworks.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

- درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة المهنية، أو الهندسة، أو العلوم البيئية، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المعترف بها مثل NEBOSH IGC، أو IOSH Managing Safely، أو OSHA، أو ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الصناعة ذي الصلة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التدريب أو الأدوار التعليمية في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في تقديم برامج تدريبية معتمدة من NEBOSH و IOSH.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الدولية والأطر التنظيمية المحلية.
- يفضل إتقان اللغة العربية.
