Senior Travel Consultant

Role Description:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Travel department.

• Design and implement exclusive lifestyle experiences and tailor-made services.

• Oversee client requests, ensuring timely and impeccable service delivery.

• Coordinate with premium suppliers including travel agents, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, and wellness providers.

• Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and local partners.

• Handle critical and last-minute requests with professionalism and discretion.

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury travel services, travel agencies, or lifestyle management.

• Strong network of high-end service providers in the GCC and internationally.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working flexible hours in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

• التعامل مع الطلبات الحرجة والعاجلة بمهنية وسرية تامة.

• العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء الرئيسيين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.

المؤهلات:

• خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في خدمات السفر الفاخرة، وكالات السفر، أو إدارة أسلوب الحياة.

• شبكة قوية من مزودي الخدمات الفاخرة في دول الخليج وخارجها.

• مهارات تواصل، تفاوض، وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.

• القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة وإدارة بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة.

• الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، وإجادة لغات إضافية تعتبر ميزة.
