Job Title: CNC Operator – Gypsum Production (Automation Project)

Job Overview

The company is transitioning to an automated gypsum manufacturing system and is seeking a skilled CNC Operator capable of managing advanced machinery, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring high precision in mould and gypsum product fabrication.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain CNC machines used for gypsum mould manufacturing.

• Prepare 2D and 3D machining files, optimizing toolpaths for accuracy and machine efficiency.

• Support the migration toward automated production systems, including testing and stabilizing new equipment.

• Work closely with design, engineering, and production departments to ensure product dimensions, shapes, and finishes meet required specifications.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues, tooling problems, and production errors to minimize downtime.

• Inspect finished moulds and components to ensure high-quality output and adherence to design drawings.

• Assist in developing new workflows and production techniques to enhance automation and reduce manual processes.

• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, tool usage, and production output.

• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and contribute to creating a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines (router, milling, or similar).

• Strong understanding of CNC programming basics and familiarity with CAM software (2D/3D file preparation).

• Interest in 3D modeling and willingness to learn new manufacturing technologies.

• Proven ability to solve technical problems and identify production workflow improvements.

• Ability to multitask and meet production timelines in a high-demand environment.

• Experience in gypsum manufacturing, carpentry, mold-making, or fabrication is an added advantage.

• Ability to read technical drawings, engineering sketches, and CNC machining files.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

ملخص الوظيفة

تسعى الشركة لتطوير مصنع الجبس عبر إدخال أنظمة أتمتة حديثة، وتبحث عن مشغل CNC يمتلك خبرة قوية في تشغيل وصيانة الآلات، ودعم التقنيات الجديدة، والمساهمة في تطوير خطوط إنتاج القوالب الجبسية بدقة عالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تشغيل وصيانة ومعايرة آلات CNC المستخدمة في تصنيع قوالب الجبس.

• إعداد ملفات التشغيل ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد وتحسين المسارات لرفع كفاءة العمل.

• دعم عملية الانتقال إلى نظام الإنتاج المؤتمت، بما في ذلك اختبار المعدات الجديدة وضبطها.

• التعاون مع فرق التصميم والهندسة والإنتاج لضمان دقة الأبعاد وجودة التشطيبات.

• تحليل المشكلات الفنية في الآلة أو الأدوات والعمل على حلها لتقليل التوقفات.

• فحص القوالب والقطع النهائية والتأكد من مطابقتها للرسومات والمواصفات.

• المساهمة في تطوير أساليب تصنيع جديدة وتحسين سير العمل لزيادة مستوى الأتمتة.

• توثيق أداء الآلات وحالات الصيانة والمخرجات اليومية.

• الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والمشاركة في تحسين بيئة العمل.

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تشغيل آلات CNC.

• معرفة جيدة ببرامج إعداد الملفات والتشغيل (CAM) ومعالجة ملفات 2D/3D.

• اهتمام قوي بالتصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد والاستعداد لتعلم التقنيات المتقدمة.

• مهارات مثبتة في حل المشكلات وتحسين العمليات.

• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة ضمن بيئة إنتاج سريعة.

• خبرة سابقة في مجال الجبس، النجارة، صناعة القوالب، أو مجالات مشابهة تُعد ميزة إضافية.

• القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية وملفات التشغيل.

• مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل مع عدة فرق.
