About the Role:
- You will be the key point of contact for potential tenants, responsible for leasing retail units within our vibrant complex. Your goal will be to promote our space, attract the right businesses, and achieve leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively attract and approach potential tenants for available retail units.
- Conduct professional presentations and tours of the complex for prospective clients.
- Clearly communicate the unique benefits, features, and competitive advantages of leasing in our location.
- Negotiate lease terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- تقديم عروض تعريفية وجولات احترافية في المجمع للعملاء المحتملين.
- قم بتوصيل الفوائد والميزات والمزايا التنافسية الفريدة للتأجير في موقعنا بشكل واضح.
