IT SPECIALST

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems including computers, networks, and printers

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly

• Provide technical support to staff both onsite and remotely

• Maintain network security and implement data protection protocols

• Perform regular system backups and support disaster recovery procedures

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

• Support the implementation of new applications and system upgrades

• Maintain accurate IT documentation and hardware/software asset inventory

• Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases and technical support

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support Technician, or similar technical role

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking principles

• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best protection practices

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCITP are an added advantage

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Shopping Mall Manager to oversee all mall operations, ensuring profitability and an enjoyable shopping experience for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the mall and ensure smooth functioning

• Oversee leasing of mall properties, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong tenant relationships

• Plan, coordinate, and execute mall events to attract visitors
