General Accountant – Bahrain

Job Overview:

Looking for a fresh graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience for the position of General Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure timely bank payments

• Compute VAT and compare VAT returns

• Prepare and manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Knowledge of financial regulations and policies

• Experience with financial management software

• Financial accounting, analysis, and reporting skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Solar Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar power plants (50 MW+)

• Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning

• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations

• Interface with clients, government authorities, consultants, and contractors

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks

• Monitor and report on project performance, milestones, and deliverables

• Support business development with technical insights and client support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project management

• Proven experience managing solar projects of 100 MW or above

• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, site execution, permitting, and interconnection processes

• Familiarity with PV system design tools (e.g., PVSyst) and project management software

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel to project sites as required

• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع محطات الطاقة الشمسية على نطاق واسع (50 ميجاوات فما فوق) من البداية إلى النهاية.

• تنسيق الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك الهندسة، المشتريات، الإنشاءات، والتشغيل.

• إدارة الجداول الزمنية، الميزانيات، المخاطر، وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة.

• إلمام بأدوات تصميم أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية (مثل PVSyst) وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.

• مهارات قيادة، تواصل، وحل مشكلات ممتازة.

• القدرة على السفر لمواقع المشاريع حسب الحاجة.

• الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل PMP أو PRINCE2 ميزة إضافية.
