Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems & Technology Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee system implementations, optimize processes, and ensure smooth integration of software and hardware across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Technology Management

• Lead all system implementations across departments

• Select and evaluate CRM, HRM, and ticketing platforms

• Manage hardware devices and ensure seamless integration with software

• Oversee system architecture, performance, updates, and security

Business Analysis

• Analyze departmental needs and convert them into clear requirements

• Write functional and technical requirement documents

• Build flowcharts, workflows, and SOPs for all digital processes

• Improve operational efficiency through automation and digital tools

Project Management

• Act as project owner for all software and system projects

• Communicate with software vendors, negotiate timelines, and monitor progress

• Manage system rollouts, testing, and UAT phases
