Urgent Hiring – Electrical Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee electrical engineering works at construction sites.

Resolve issues and ensure work is completed according to specifications.

Balance project management and engineering tasks, from designing electrical plans to monitoring onsite personnel.

Ensure plans and work comply with local codes and national electrical codes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings, including site plans, grading plans, utility layouts (water, sewer, drainage), road designs, and structural details.

Work closely with Civil Engineers and Project Managers to understand project requirements and design specifications.

Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and project specifications.

Review and revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.

Manage and organize drawing files and documentation effectively.

Assist in quantity take-offs and material schedules from drawings.

Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and versions.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.

Requirements:

ضمان التزام جميع الرسومات بالمعايير الصناعية ذات الصلة والأكواد والمواصفات.
-
مراجعة وتعديل الرسومات بناءً على الملاحظات أو التغييرات التصميمية أو ظروف الموقع.
-
إدارة وتنظيم ملفات الرسومات والمستندات بشكل فعال.
-
المساعدة في حساب الكميات وجداول المواد من الرسومات.
-
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتعديلات وإصدارات الرسومات.
-
المشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة التصميم لتقديم الملاحظات من منظور الرسم الهندسي.
-
المساعدة في إعداد الرسومات الخاصة بتقديم طلبات التصاريح والمستندات المتعلقة بها.
المتطلبات:

دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، الرسم الهندسي، أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة 2–3 سنوات مثبتة كرسام مدني، ويفضل في مشاريع الأبراج والمنازل الفيلل.

إجادة استخدام برنامج AutoCAD ضرورية، ويفضل خبرة ببرامج Revit أو SketchUp.
