Senior Executive - Risk & Compliance

Main Duties

• Ensure accurate and transparent reporting of risk and compliance activities to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an enterprise-wide integrated compliance management system (CMS) and enterprise-wide risk management system (ERM).
• Create and update risk and compliance policies, and review company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regularly incorporating improvements.
• Develop official compliance assessment reports with all the results.
• Develop and update risk assessments reports with all details including mitigation plans, controls, effectiveness of risk, Key Risk Indicators …etc.
• Prepare and present risk and compliance assessments and dashboards to senior management, the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), and other stakeholders, providing insights, updates, and strategic recommendations during ARC and executive meetings.
• Engage with risk and compliance owners to address identified risks, develop action plans, and track the effectiveness of corrective actions over time.
• Create and deliver training programs, fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
• Maintain a centralized repository of all risk and compliance documents, ensuring accessibility for audits and reviews, and regularly review industry standards to enhance organizational strategies.
• Comply with Company's and airport authorities’ health, safety & security requirements.
• Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in law/ business administration, economics, or a related field is required.
• A professional certification in risk and compliance.

المهام الرئيسية

• ضمان تقديم تقارير دقيقة وشفافة عن أنشطة المخاطر والامتثال إلى الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
• ضمان امتثال المنظمة للقوانين واللوائح ومعايير الصناعة ذات الصلة من خلال تطوير سياسات وإجراءات الامتثال والحفاظ عليها.
• تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة نظام إدارة الامتثال المتكامل على مستوى المؤسسة (CMS) ونظام إدارة المخاطر على مستوى المؤسسة (ERM).
• إنشاء وتحديث سياسات إدارة المخاطر والامتثال، ومراجعة سياسات وإجراءات الشركة، وضمان التوافق مع أفضل الممارسات في هذا المجال وإدراج التحسينات بانتظام.
• إعداد تقارير تقييم الامتثال الرسمية مع جميع النتائج.
• تطوير وتحديث تقارير تقييم المخاطر مع جميع التفاصيل بما في ذلك خطط التخفيف، والضوابط، وفعالية المخاطر، ومؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية ... إلخ.
• إعداد وتقديم تقييمات المخاطر والامتثال ولوحات المعلومات للإدارة العليا ولجنة التدقيق والمخاطر (ARC) وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، وتقديم رؤى وتحديثات وتوصيات استراتيجية خلال اجتماعات لجنة التدقيق والمخاطر والاجتماعات التنفيذية.
• التواصل مع أصحاب المخاطر والامتثال لمعالجة المخاطر المحددة، ووضع خطط العمل، وتتبع فعالية الإجراءات التصحيحية بمرور الوقت.
• إنشاء وتقديم برامج تدريبية، وتعزيز ثقافة الامتثال والوعي بالمخاطر.
• الحفاظ على مستودع مركزي لجميع وثائق المخاطر والامتثال، وضمان إمكانية الوصول إليها لأغراض التدقيق والمراجعة، ومراجعة معايير الصناعة بانتظام لتعزيز الاستراتيجيات التنظيمية.
• الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة وسلطات المطار.
• يقوم بأداء واجبات أخرى مماثلة أو ذات صلة حسب توجيهات الإدارة.

الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات

• يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون/ إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة.
• شهادة مهنية في إدارة المخاطر والامتثال.
