الوظائف المطلوبة في شركة ARG وتفاصيلها:
مسؤول تنفيذي للموارد البشرية - قسم الرواتب
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- معالجة كشوف المرتبات الشهرية بدقة وسرية تامة
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات حضور الموظفين وإجازاتهم وسجلات الموارد البشرية
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية لإدخال بيانات الرواتب وتحديثها
- تقديم الدعم لعمليات الموارد البشرية والمهام الإدارية حسب الحاجة
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ولوائح العمل
متطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة ذات صلة في مجال الرواتب لمدة سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات
- الاهتمام القوي بالتفاصيل وإدارة الوقت
- إتقان استخدام برنامج مايكروسوفت إكسل وأنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية
