Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Actively identify new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, networking, and prospecting.

• Present, promote, and sell vehicles to prospective and existing customers.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within the scheduled timeframe.

• Provide accurate product information, quotations, and advice on financing options.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Stay up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

• Valid driving licence required.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

موظف مبيعات

وصف الوظيفة:

• البحث بنشاط عن فرص مبيعات جديدة من خلال متابعة العملاء المحتملين، والتواصل الشبكي، والتنقيب عن العملاء.

• تقديم، الترويج، وبيع السيارات للعملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.

• إنشاء وتطوير والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء لضمان المبيعات المستقبلية.

• تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات المتفق عليها ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد.

• تزويد العملاء بمعلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات، عروض الأسعار، ونصائح حول خيارات التمويل.

• إجراء عروض تجريبية للسيارات وقيادة اختبارية لتوضيح المميزات والفوائد.

• تنسيق جهود المبيعات مع أعضاء الفريق والأقسام الأخرى لضمان تجربة سلسة للعملاء.

• متابعة التطورات في المنتجات، اتجاهات السوق، وأنشطة المنافسين.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة مثبتة كموظف مبيعات، ويفضل في صناعة السيارات.

• سجل حافل بتحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.

• مهارات ممتازة في البيع، التفاوض، والتواصل.

• تركيز قوي على خدمة العملاء مع القدرة على بناء علاقات مستمرة.

• دافع قوي، مهتم بتحقيق الأهداف، وقادر على العمل في بيئة سريعة.

• مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.

• إتقان MS Office ومعرفة ببرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).

• رخصة قيادة سارية.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
