Training Plus Institute (TPI) is a professional training centre based in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Founded in December 1996 (initially under the name New Horizons Computer Learning Centre) and later rebranded to its current independent identity in April 2012.  The institute is licensed by Bahrain’s Ministry of Labour and offers a wide range of training programmes in information technology (IT), management skills, language courses, and related certifications

Information Technology Instructor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions in the specified IT areas.

• Create and update course materials and training outlines.

• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.

• Facilitate hands-on labs and practical learning experiences to reinforce concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX Design, Cloud Computing, AI, and Networking.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire learners.

• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified, Google UX Design Certificate).

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والعرض التقديمي.

• قدرة مثبتة على إشراك وتحفيز وإلهام المتعلمين.

• شهادات ذات صلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية (مثل AWS Certified، Google UX Design Certificate).
