Senior Executive – Risk & Compliance
Main Objectives
-
Provide enterprise-wide oversight of risk management and compliance, ensuring operations align with BAS’s business model and strategic plan.

Identify and mitigate risks while fostering a culture of risk and compliance awareness.
-
Maintain adherence to regulatory and legal requirements to safeguard business continuity and operational integrity.
Main Duties
-
Ensure accurate and transparent reporting of risk and compliance activities to senior management and external stakeholders.
-
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards by developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.

Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide compliance management system (CMS) and risk management system (ERM).

Create and update risk and compliance policies; review company policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Prepare official compliance assessment reports and risk assessment reports with mitigation plans and key risk indicators.

Present risk and compliance assessments and dashboards to senior management, Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), and stakeholders with insights and recommendations.

Engage with risk and compliance owners to address risks, develop action plans, and track effectiveness of corrective actions.

Develop and deliver training programs to promote compliance and risk awareness.

Maintain centralized repository of all risk and compliance documents for audits and reviews.

Comply with company and airport authorities’ health, safety, and security requirements.

Perform other related duties as directed by management.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
-
Professional certification in Risk and Compliance.
Experience:
-
5–7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related field.
Other Essential Requirements:
-
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage large volumes of data.
-
Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
-
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-
Experience preparing Board-level dashboards and presentations.
-
Good knowledge of local and international laws, regulations, and standards.

الأهداف الرئيسية

تقديم إشراف شامل على إدارة المخاطر والامتثال على مستوى المؤسسة وضمان توافق العمليات مع نموذج أعمال BAS والخطة الاستراتيجية.

تحديد المخاطر وتقليلها وتعزيز ثقافة الوعي بالمخاطر والامتثال.
-
الالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية لحماية استمرارية الأعمال وسلامة العمليات.
المهام الرئيسية
-
ضمان التقارير الدقيقة والشفافة للأنشطة المتعلقة بالمخاطر والامتثال إلى الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
-
ضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح والمعايير الصناعية من خلال تطوير وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات الامتثال.
-
تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة نظام إدارة الامتثال (CMS) ونظام إدارة المخاطر على مستوى المؤسسة (ERM).
-
إنشاء وتحديث سياسات المخاطر والامتثال ومراجعة السياسات لضمان التوافق مع أفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
-
إعداد تقارير تقييم الامتثال الرسمية وتقارير تقييم المخاطر بما في ذلك خطط التخفيف ومؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية.
-
تقديم تقييمات المخاطر والامتثال ولوحات التحكم للإدارة العليا ولجنة التدقيق والمخاطر وأصحاب المصلحة مع تقديم التوصيات.
-
العمل مع مالكي المخاطر والامتثال لمعالجة المخاطر، وضع خطط العمل، ومتابعة فعالية الإجراءات التصحيحية.
-
تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية لتعزيز ثقافة الامتثال والوعي بالمخاطر.
-
الحفاظ على مستودع مركزي لجميع الوثائق المتعلقة بالمخاطر والامتثال لتسهيل التدقيق والمراجعات.
-
الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة والسلطات المطار.
-
أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة وفق توجيهات الإدارة.
المتطلبات الأساسية
التعليم:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في القانون، إدارة الأعمال، الاقتصاد، أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
شهادة مهنية في إدارة المخاطر والامتثال.
الخبرة:
-
خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في إدارة المخاطر أو الامتثال أو مجال مشابه.
متطلبات أخرى:
-
مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على التفكير النقدي وحل المشكلات.
-
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة حجم كبير من البيانات.
-
خبرة في إجراء تقييمات المخاطر، وضع استراتيجيات، وضمان الامتثال للوائح.
-
القدرة المثبتة على العمل عبر الأقسام المختلفة لتطبيق مبادرات المخاطر والامتثال.
-
مهارات اتصال ممتازة شفهياً وكتابياً باللغة الإنجليزية.
-
خبرة في إعداد لوحات تحكم وعروض تقديمية على مستوى مجلس الإدارة.
-
معرفة جيدة بالقوانين واللوائح والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
