Quality Controller – Bahrain

Company Background:

Since 1998, Havelock One Interiors has been a leading turnkey fit-out service provider in the Middle East. Specializing in interior contracting and manufacturing bespoke joinery, metal works, and sophisticated shop-fittings, we continue to expand our operations in Bahrain. Our operational hub is split between Askar, housing our manufacturing units and corporate functions, and Sanabis, home to our contracting arm, Interior Solutions.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Controller to ensure high-quality standards across our manufacturing and contracting processes. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems to maintain and improve pre-defined quality standards in shop-fitting, joinery, and related manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality systems, policies, procedures, and manuals.

• Ensure proper implementation of quality systems on the floor.

• Identify potential quality lapses and implement preventive measures.

• Establish testing criteria and manage all testing processes and resources.

• Conduct daily Quality Control audits and assess product quality against pre-defined standards.

• Investigate quality deviations and recommend corrective measures.

• Liaise with purchasing, production, and setting-out teams to ensure quality at each stage.

• Monitor timelines to ensure testing is conducted accurately and promptly.

• Supervise and mentor the quality control team.

• Report on quality audits, deviations, and corrective actions to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality Management.

• 5–7 years of experience in a shop-fitting or joinery manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common shop-fitting materials (timber, boards, laminates, metal, hardware, acrylics).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.

• معرفة قوية بإجراءات التصنيع والمواد الشائعة (الخشب، الألواح، الل laminate، المعادن، الأجهزة، الأكريليك).

• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
