Early Career Traineeship – Project Support Engineer

Job Description Summary:

The Early Career Training is a 6–12 month program and is an investment in young talent. GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE Vernova business. The traineeship duration varies depending on business requirements and will develop the general skills of the trainee, providing hands-on exposure to project execution, installation, and commissioning activities. Trainees will gain a deep understanding of engineering processes, project management, and technical coordination across various project execution phases, acquiring valuable on-the-job knowledge and experience under the supervision of senior project managers.

Responsibilities / What You’ll Do:

• Support the project team in end-to-end project execution activities from planning through commissioning

• Provide outage preparation support, coordinate parts demand and logistics

• Participate in project scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination between engineering, sourcing, and site teams

• Follow up on equipment deliveries, logistics, and site readiness to ensure timely project milestones

• Monitor and resolve event management and tools issues as they arise

• Attend customer meetings and site visits as required

• Support site installation and commissioning teams by tracking punch items, NCRs, and progress reports

• Contribute to environmental, health, and safety compliance and documentation

• Participate in project review meetings and customer interface discussions alongside senior engineers

On Job Training (Foras) – Portfolio Fulfilment Management (PFM) CS Team

Program Overview:

The Portfolio Fulfilment Management (PFM) team oversees and executes process deliverables such as outage planning, order management, and billing for a cluster of Contractual Services Agreements (CSAs). PFMs work closely with respective Customer Portfolio Managers (CPMs) to manage contractual commitments and other functions (e.g., finance, IT, parts fulfilment) to drive process excellence through the OTR wing-to-wing process.

Responsibilities / What You’ll Do:

• Understand Contract Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

• Contract Setup and Validation

• Outage Planning Management

• Services, Parts, & Repairs Demand placement for CSA

• Initiate Billing for CSA and Extra Works

• Billing Forecast Sign-Off

• Capital Parts Inventory Management

• Cost reconciliation and bucketization

• Interface with various internal Fulfilment teams, CPMs, and manage communication transfer

• Manage ERPs on internal systems (Alpha, PMx, EV, FieldVision, MyFleet, and RDM)

Requirements / What You’ll Bring:

• Fresh graduates with up to 12 months of experience

• BS in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Industrial Engineering preferred; other related backgrounds encouraged to apply

• Eligible for the Foras program by Ministry of Labour and Tamkeen

• Candidate will not be registered in GOSI for the duration of the program

برنامج التدريب العملي (فُرص) لفريق إدارة تنفيذ المحافظ – PFM CS Team

فريق إدارة تنفيذ المحافظ:

يتولى فريق إدارة تنفيذ المحافظ مسؤولية الحفاظ على الرقابة وتنفيذ العمليات مثل تخطيط الإيقافات، إدارة الطلبات والفوترة لمجموعة من عقود الخدمات التعاقدية (CSAs). يعمل الفريق بشكل وثيق مع مديري محافظ العملاء لإدارة الالتزامات التعاقدية وكذلك مع الأقسام الأخرى (مثل المالية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، توفير الأجزاء) لتحقيق التميز في العمليات عبر كامل دورة تنفيذ العقود.

المسؤوليات:

• فهم شروط وأحكام العقود (T&Cs).

• إعداد/التحقق من العقود.

• إدارة تخطيط الإيقافات.

• وضع طلبات الخدمات، الأجزاء، والإصلاحات لعقود CSA.

• بدء إجراءات الفوترة لعقود CSA والأعمال الإضافية.

• إدارة أنظمة ERP الداخلية مثل Alpha، PMx، EV، FieldVision، MyFleet، وRDM.

المتطلبات:

• خريجون جدد حتى 12 شهرًا من الخبرة.

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة – الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، الإلكترونيات، الأدوات والتحكم، أو الهندسة الصناعية، ويُرحب بالخلفيات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
