Job Purpose
Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and implementing the company’s QHSE standards, rules, policies, and requirements.
Key Accountabilities
-
Implement the on-site Integrated Management System (IMS).
-
Ensure all relevant QHSE systems are implemented and practiced according to ISO standards and legal requirements across all DSV Bahrain operational facilities.

Report QHSE performance and KPIs in a timely manner.

Prepare audit plans, audit schedules, and inspection plans.
-
Coordinate with external auditors and government representatives regarding ISO and legal requirements.

Close non-conformances identified during internal and external audits.
-
Maintain and monitor all procedures and records pertaining to ISO standards and legal requirements.

Assist Contract Logistics & Freight Forwarding departments in daily QHSE management and administration.
-
Coordinate with DSV employees at sites/facilities to ensure effective HSE implementation.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

تنفيذ نظام الإدارة المتكامل IMS في الموقع.

التأكد من تطبيق جميع أنظمة QHSE ذات الصلة وممارستها وفقًا لمعايير ISO والمتطلبات القانونية في جميع مرافق DSV البحرين التشغيلية.

إعداد تقارير الأداء ومؤشرات QHSE في الوقت المحدد.
-
إعداد خطط المراجعة والجداول الزمنية للتدقيق وخطط التفتيش.
-
التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والجهات الحكومية فيما يتعلق بمعايير ISO والمتطلبات القانونية.

إغلاق المخالفات المكتشفة خلال التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
-
الحفاظ على جميع الإجراءات والسجلات المتعلقة بمعايير ISO والمتطلبات القانونية ومراقبتها.
-
مساعدة قسم اللوجستيات التعاقدية والنقل اليومي في إدارة وإجراءات QHSE.
-
التنسيق مع موظفي DSV في المواقع لضمان التنفيذ الفعّال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
