Position: Head of QA/QC (Precast Division)
Requirements:
-
Strong hands-on experience in concrete mix design
-
Excellent knowledge of concrete technology
-
Experience in precast and hollowcore production, site QA/QC activities, and various precast finishes (sandblast, acid-wash, white finish, etc.)
-
Minimum 5+ years GCC experience in a relevant QA/QC role (mandatory)
-
Experienced in QC documentation: MACs, WIRs, IRs, NCRs, MIRs, etc.
-
Ability to lead a team of QC Engineers, Supervisors, skilled and unskilled workers
-
Ability to manage ISO & IMS systems, including maintaining company ISO requirements
-
Strong understanding of QA/QC processes at both factory and site level

خبرة مباشرة في إنتاج الخرسانة مسبقة الصب (Precast) وHollowcore، وأنشطة QA/QC في الموقع، وأشكال مختلفة من التشطيبات المسبقة (Sandblast, Acid-wash, White finish، إلخ)

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دول الخليج في دور QA/QC ذي صلة (إلزامي)
-
خبرة في توثيق QC مثل MACs, WIRs, IRs, NCRs, MIRs، إلخ
-
القدرة على قيادة فريق من مهندسي QC والمشرفين والعمال المهرة وغير المهرة
-
القدرة على إدارة نظم ISO وIMS بما في ذلك الحفاظ على متطلبات الشركة
-
فهم قوي لعمليات QA/QC على مستوى المصنع والموقع
