Overall Role Purpose

The Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience within all business entities in Bahrain.

Key Focus Areas

• Create and maintain a positive workplace culture.

• Foster strong employee relationships across departments.

• Ensure employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute to organizational success.

• Support the Senior HR Manager and HR shared services team with day-to-day HR operations.

• Participate in HR-related projects and assignments as required by the HR Director.

Overall Role Purpose

To operate airside equipment to ensure the efficient turn-around of arriving and departing aircraft in a safe and secure manner in line with the requirements of the Airside Ground Operations Manual.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload aircraft efficiently while adhering to safety, security, and quality procedures.

• Support Hub Operations by ensuring timely aircraft turnaround.

• Work under tight deadlines without compromising safety or operational standards.

• Report directly to the Airside Supervisor or replacement in their absence, and to the Airside Operations Manager.

Job Challenge

Ensure all relevant regulations are followed while maintaining efficiency and reliability in aircraft loading and unloading operations.

ضمان الالتزام بجميع اللوائح ذات الصلة مع الحفاظ على الكفاءة والموثوقية في عمليات تحميل وتفريغ الطائرات.
