Roles and Responsibilities

1. Overall in-charge for preparation of weekly and monthly reports of accounts department, including:

   • Sales & Collection

   • Accounts Receivables

   • Stock Aging

   • Cash flow

   • Advance to Supplier

2. Posting for all GLs, Sales, Receipts, Purchase, Invoices, Payments, and Stock Journal

3. Calculation of leave salary and indemnity provisions

Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machines and auxiliary equipment are working in optimal condition for maximum speed/output and produce acceptable quality products

• Perform in-house maintenance and repair of machines (thermoforming, extrusion, injection moulding, press, packing)

• Handle plumbing-related tasks across both plants to ensure timely resolution of issues

• Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for electrical panels, motors, parts, and switches in plastic production machinery; record maintenance in machine history card and AM/PM checklist

• Recommend electrical/electronic parts for replacement before breakdown occurs

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technician program or equivalent certification

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the same field

• Ability to work independently and in a multi-national/cultural team

• Good English communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Skilled in repair and maintenance of machines in the Plastic section (thermoforming, extrusion, press, injection moulding, packing)
