QHSE MANAGER / HSE OFFICER

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager and HSE Officer with a strong background in the Construction Industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing construction sites and implementing comprehensive plans to protect organizational assets, personnel, and property from hazards, threats, and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee QHSE policies, procedures, and programs.

• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

• Supervise and guide safety and security personnel.

• Manage emergency response plans and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

• Promote a strong culture of safety and health throughout the organization.

• Ensure compliance with fire protection systems, security measures, and building codes.

• Maintain ISO and NEBOSH standards across all operations.

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training for QHSE staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• ISO and NEBOSH certified.

• Proven experience in construction site HSE management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with fire protection systems, building codes, and security protocols.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
