Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities.

Finalize all tract pricing, including base price, built-ins, selectable and custom pricing options, freight, installation, and service.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals.

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensure work quality, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and specifications.
Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Management
-
Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower.
-
Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
-
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
-
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
-
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
-
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in construction projects.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

All types of flooring and plastering systems
-
Wall painting, texture coating, and fire intumescent painting
-
Waterproofing, wet area, roof, and external insulation works

فحص المواد وجودة العمل لضمان مطابقتها للمعايير المطلوبة.
المؤهلات

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.

خبرة لا تقل عن 2–5 سنوات في مشاريع البناء.

معرفة قوية وخبرة عملية في:

جميع أنواع أنظمة الأرضيات والتلييس
-
طلاء الجدران، وتغطية النسيج، والطلاء المقاوم للحريق

أعمال العزل المائي، المناطق الرطبة، الأسطح، والعزل الخارجي
