Ensure products are displayed in an attractive manner according to store layout standards

Adhere to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and stock management protocols especially for clearance items

Record and maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock

Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities

Maintain strong knowledge of product inventory and promotions to communicate effectively with customers
Process
-
Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for billing and transactions
-
Balance the cash till at the start and end of shifts
-
Accurately process payments through cash credit cards vouchers or automatic debits
-
Issue receipts refunds and change to customers correctly
-
Maintain vigilance regarding store security and ensure all loss prevention policies are followed
-
Replenish and re-merchandise stock on the sales floor to ensure product availability at all times
Desired Qualification
-
The ideal Sales Associate should have a bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to a welcoming customer experience; previous experience in a sales role is preferred

Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed to attract customers and as per standard layout norms

Tally money in the cash till at the beginning/end of shifts

Key Responsibilities

Brand Image: Ensure brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently by creating eye-catching displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities

Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards

Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy

Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact

Arrange merchandise signage fixtures and in-store layout guides

Take photographs of all changes done in merchandise displays

Utilize creative lighting for windows

Maximize placement of new lines re-merchandising the store when new trends build

تطوير خطط أرضية لتعظيم التأثير البصري.

ترتيب البضائع واللافتات والأرفف وتخطيط المتجر الداخلي.

التقاط صور عند كل تغيير يتم في عرض المنتجات.
-
استخدام الإضاءة الإبداعية للنوافذ.
-
تعظيم عرض المنتجات الجديدة وإعادة ترتيب المتجر مع ظهور الاتجاهات الجديدة.

إنشاء مخطط للمتجر وفقًا للفئات.

ضمان ترتيب المنتجات بشكل مناسب.

جمع المراجعات والتعليقات حول البضائع.
