Draftsman

Responsibilities as a Draftsman

• Create 2D and 3D designs for carpentry works required by any department

• Supervise production activities in the Carpentry Division to ensure adherence to designs, schedules, and quality standards

• Manage workflow, team assignments, and production resources

• Conduct site measurements and develop precise drawings for fabrication and installation

• Ensure safety standards and best practices are maintained throughout the production process

• Coordinate with project stakeholders and other internal departments to optimize carpentry output and resolve worksite issues efficiently

• Contribute to the training and development of production team members to uphold craftsmanship and productivity standards
