Project Coordinator-Interior design and fitouts

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day site activities

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team

• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met

• Prepare work schedules, site reports, and progress updates

• Support project managers with material approvals, drawings, and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Interior Fit-Out projects

• Strong knowledge of site coordination, materials, and interior finishing
