1. تأسيس نظام إدارة استمرارية الأعمال

   • إنشاء وصيانة نظام إدارة استمرارية الأعمال ومتطلباته، والحفاظ على خطة استمرارية الأعمال لأغراض الأمن والسلامة.

2. تقييم مستمر للأوضاع الإقليمية:

   • متابعة الأخبار وتقييم الاستقرار الإقليمي بشكل مستمر، وإجراء تقييمات ميدانية لبعض المناطق عند الحاجة (مثل: الجزائر، نيجيريا، العراق) لتحديد التهديدات الأمنية.

3. دعم إدارة الأزمات:

   • تقديم الدعم أثناء الأزمات مثل الأوبئة والأمراض المعدية.

4. تقديم التدريبات المتخصصة:

   • تنظيم وتقديم تدريبات مثل:

     • تطبيق Vismo

     • رحلات العمل

     • تدريبات HEAT وغيرها.

5. إدارة وتحديث الوثائق والنظم:

   • إدارة بوابة إدارة الأزمات.

   • مراجعة خطط أمان المشاريع من المستوى 3 و4.

   • مراجعة والموافقة على طلبات بدل المعيشة.

   • إدارة طلبات السفر.

1. Establish and Maintain BCMS:

   • Establish and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and ensure the Business Continuity Plan is aligned with security and safety requirements.

2. Regional Risk & News Assessment:

   • Continuously assess news and regional stability, and conduct physical risk assessments in high-risk areas when required (e.g., Algeria, Nigeria, Iraq).

3. Support Crisis Management:

   • Provide support during pandemics and outbreaks of infectious diseases.

4. Deliver Specialized Trainings:

   • Conduct relevant training programs, including:

     • Vismo usage

     • Business Travel Training

     • HEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training), etc.

5. Manage Systems & Reviews:

   • Maintain the Crisis Management Portal.

   • Review PCAS and Level 3 & 4 project security plans.

   • Review and approve Subsistence Allowance Claims.

   • Manage travel request workflows.
