Project Overview

The CMIMS (Computerized Maintenance, Inspection & Spare Parts Management System) project focuses on implementing a digital system to manage maintenance, inspections, and spare parts for the MIEC Amiral project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Coordination is from Bahrain.

Internship Mission & Tasks

The intern will support the CMIMS engineer with:

• Asset Structuring: Organize equipment (electrical, HVAC, mechanical, instrumentation) into a functional hierarchy; tag and structure functional locations to reflect operational and maintenance logic.

• Data Entry & Templates: Assist in entering equipment data, updating templates, and ensuring accuracy for digital records.

• Maintenance & Inspection Support: Aid in scheduling, tracking, and documenting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Spare Parts Management: Help structure spare parts inventory, ensure correct classification, and support procurement tracking.

• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure proper system implementation and data integrity.

Internship Mission & Tasks

As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will support the site engineering team in executing and monitoring electrical systems and installations. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for project installations

• Assisting site engineers with cable routing, equipment layout, and system monitoring

• Participating in inspections and testing of electrical components to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
