IT Service Desk Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in helpdesk or IT support environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users

• Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM systems

• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications

• Perform network support tasks as required

• Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately

• Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently under pressure

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Solid experience in helpdesk or technical support environments

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications

• Familiarity with ITSM systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Highly organized with the ability to work independently

• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
