Retail Store Manager

Job Scope

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance, managing daily operations, and leading a sales team to deliver a premium customer experience. You will ensure the store reflects the brand’s identity, maintain high visual and operational standards, and foster a results-driven and customer-centric environment. This role requires leadership, commercial awareness, and a strong background in fashion retail management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in luxury or high-end fashion retail.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop retail staff.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering premium in-store experiences.

• Very good command of English (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.

• قدرة مثبتة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية.

• توجه قوي لخدمة العملاء مع التركيز على تقديم تجربة متميزة داخل المتجر.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.

• مهارات تواصل شخصية قوية.

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع وتستند على الأزياء.
