Field Application Engineer

Job Overview

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services for our top clients. We are seeking a Field Application Engineer to join one of our clients’ teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment while providing technical support and guidance to sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and support sales teams with technical guidance, pricing estimates, and product implementation strategies.

• Analyze customer technical specifications and recommend optimal product configurations and installation processes.

• Estimate implementation effort, time, and resources required for customer deployments.

• Review sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality.

• Develop and deliver technical product presentations for customers and internal sales teams.

• Provide customer training and technical troubleshooting as needed.

• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful product deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in field applications, technical support, sales engineering, or related roles.

• Exposure to complex tasks within the job function is expected as part of skill development.

• Typically reports to a manager while gaining experience in advanced technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
