Receivable & Revenue Accounting Executive

Job Objective

• Reconcile all billing reports, process partner/vendor invoices, and manage financial-related inventory.

• Perform pre- and post-launch profitability analysis for company products to calculate costs and assess actual incremental revenues.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain processed invoices of all Data-com partners.

• Calculate revenues for all Data-com products including DIA, MPLS, GMPLS, and Leased Line Circuits, and record necessary entries in financials.

• Follow-up outstanding DIA balances quarterly, highlight long-standing items, and propose doubtful debt provisions as needed.

• Perform pre- and post-launch profitability analysis for post-paid voice and broadband major consumer products by extracting actual incremental earned revenues and incurred costs; report results to finance management.

• Obtain inventory purchase/sales reports from ERP, ensuring accurate and automated interface to ERP GL module daily.

• Obtain necessary information for re-valuation of inventory items to Net Realizable Value and record differences in P&L.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, ERP systems, and revenue reconciliation.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

Job Objective

• Provide L1 & L2 technical support to meet application objectives across IT & Digital department.
