Job Title: Assistant Manager - Warehousing

Location: Muharraq Governorate, Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Main Objectives:

To efficiently oversee and manage warehousing operations, ensuring the proper storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of goods. The role aims to optimize warehouse space, improve operational processes, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. By supervising staff and collaborating with procurement and logistics teams, the objective is to streamline warehouse activities, reduce operational costs, and ensure the availability of materials and products to support the organization’s overall supply chain efficiency.

Main Duties:

• Oversee daily warehousing operations, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of materials and products in line with company standards.

• Supervise warehousing staff, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

• Manage inventory control, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Implement and enforce safety and regulatory standards within the warehouse.

• Coordinate the receiving and dispatching of goods, verifying quantities and compliance with purchase orders.

• Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials and products, maintaining appropriate environmental conditions.

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast demand and optimize warehouse space utilization.

• Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.

• Comply with company and airport authorities’ health, safety, and security requirements.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

الهدف الرئيسي:
الإشراف بكفاءة على عمليات إدارة المستودعات بما يضمن التخزين السليم، التحكم في المخزون، والتوزيع في الوقت المناسب للبضائع. يهدف الدور إلى تحسين استغلال مساحة المستودع، تطوير العمليات التشغيلية، والحفاظ على معايير عالية من السلامة والجودة. كما يشمل الإشراف على الموظفين والتنسيق مع فرق المشتريات واللوجستيات لضمان كفاءة العمليات وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمستودع وضمان كفاءة التخزين والتوزيع وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.

• الإشراف على موظفي المستودع وتوزيع المهام وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة.

• إدارة عمليات ضبط المخزون وإجراء الجرد المنتظم والتنسيق مع فريق المشتريات.

• تطبيق معايير السلامة واللوائح التنظيمية داخل المستودع.

• تنسيق استلام وإرسال البضائع والتحقق من الكميات ومطابقتها لأوامر الشراء.

• ضمان التخزين السليم والمحافظة على المواد في ظروف مناسبة.

• التعاون مع فرق المشتريات واللوجستيات لتوقع الطلب وتحسين استغلال المساحة.

• إعداد وحفظ السجلات والتقارير الدقيقة الخاصة بالمخزون والحركة.

• الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة والجهات المختصة بالمطار.

• أداء أي مهام أخرى تُكلف من قبل الإدارة.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، الخدمات اللوجستية، إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة الصناعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
