About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in construction project delivery to oversee high-value projects across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in the GCC.

• PMP certification (preferred).

• Experience in F&B, cinemas, hospitality, retail, and resort refurbishment projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, local regulations, and procurement.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop project execution plans (timelines, resources, risk management).

• Oversee all project phases from concept to handover.

• Manage daily operations ensuring quality, cost control, and safety.

• Lead procurement, tendering, contracts, and vendor coordination.

• Conduct site visits and resolve issues proactively.

• Review and approve technical documentation and change orders.

• Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.

• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

• Escalate risks/issues and conduct post-project evaluations.

نبحث عن مدير مشاريع أول بخبرة واسعة في إدارة وتسليم مشاريع البناء، لقيادة مشاريع كبرى في البحرين والسعودية. المرشح المثالي يتميز بالقدرة على التنظيم، المبادرة، وإدارة العلاقات المعقدة مع أصحاب المصلحة، مع ضمان تسليم المشاريع بجودة عالية، وفي الوقت المحدد، وضمن الميزانية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

• شهادة PMP (يفضل).

• خبرة في مشاريع الضيافة، دور السينما، التجزئة، وتجديد المنتجعات.

• معرفة قوية بطرق البناء واللوائح المحلية والمشتريات.

• مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تحديد نطاق المشروع والأهداف والمخرجات.

• تطوير خطط التنفيذ (الجداول الزمنية، الموارد، إدارة المخاطر).

• الإشراف على جميع مراحل المشروع من الفكرة حتى التسليم.

• إدارة العمليات اليومية لضمان الجودة وضبط التكاليف والسلامة.

• قيادة عمليات المشتريات والمناقصات والعقود والتنسيق مع الموردين.

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية وحل المشكلات بشكل استباقي.

• مراجعة واعتماد الوثائق الفنية وأوامر التغيير.

• إعداد تقارير دقيقة عن تقدم المشروع وتوثيق جميع المراحل.

• العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والجهات الرسمية.

• تصعيد المخاطر والمشكلات وإجراء تقييمات بعد انتهاء المشروع.
