Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value construction projects across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing complex stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in the GCC.

• PMP certification preferred.

• Experience in F&B, cinemas, hospitality, retail, and resort refurbishment projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, local regulations, and procurement.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop execution plans including timelines, resources, and risk management.

• Oversee all project phases from concept to handover.

• Manage daily operations ensuring quality, cost control, and safety.

• Lead procurement, tendering, contracts, and vendor coordination.

• Conduct site visits and proactively resolve issues.

• Review and approve technical documentation and change orders.

• Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

• Escalate risks/issues and conduct post-project evaluations.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل في دول الخليج.

• شهادة PMP مفضلة.

• خبرة في مشاريع F&B، السينما، الضيافة، التجزئة، وتجديد المنتجعات.

• معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء، اللوائح المحلية، والمشتريات.

• مهارات قيادية وتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة ممتازة.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحديد نطاق المشروع، الأهداف، والمخرجات المتوقعة.

• إعداد خطط التنفيذ بما في ذلك الجداول الزمنية، الموارد، وإدارة المخاطر.

• الإشراف على جميع مراحل المشروع من الفكرة إلى التسليم.

• إدارة العمليات اليومية لضمان الجودة، التحكم في التكاليف، والسلامة.

• قيادة المشتريات، المناقصات، العقود، وتنسيق الموردين.

• القيام بزيارات ميدانية وحل المشكلات بشكل استباقي.

• مراجعة واعتماد الوثائق الفنية وأوامر التغيير.

• الحفاظ على تقارير دقيقة وتوثيق المشروع.

• العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء، المستشارين، المقاولين، والجهات الرسمية.

• رفع المخاطر/المشكلات وإجراء تقييمات ما بعد المشروع.
