Scholarship Programme Coordinator
The Scholarship Programme Coordinator will support the Scholarship Programme Manager. This role is key to the smooth running of the programme, providing administrative, logistical, and communication support. The Coordinator will work closely with athletes, coaches, university partners, and staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and support the programme’s objectives.Responsibilities
- Maintain athlete records, visa documentation, insurance updates, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence and ensure effective communication with athletes, coaches, and National Federations.
- Organize scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events related to the scholarship programme.
Head Coach
World Aquatics Training Centre in Bahrain is launching a new initiative for swimming and diving scholarship holders. The Centre seeks a highly skilled and motivated Head Coach to oversee the Swimming and Diving Head Coaches. Reporting to World Aquatics, the Head Coach will lead daily training for scholarship swimmers, ensuring their progression in line with high-performance standards. The overall strategy and programme will be discussed with the World Aquatics Advisor.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Scholarship Programme Manager and Coaching Advisor to establish an Annual Performance Plan and participate in performance reviews.
- Be the main contact with the Centre Director for training organisation.
- Oversee daily sports operations of the World Aquatics Development Centre, Bahrain.

سيدعم منسق برنامج المنح الدراسية مدير البرنامج. يُعدّ هذا الدور أساسيًا لضمان سير البرنامج بسلاسة، إذ يوفر الدعم الإداري واللوجستي والتواصلي. سيتعاون المنسق بشكل وثيق مع الرياضيين والمدربين وشركاء الجامعة والموظفين لضمان سير العمل اليومي بسلاسة ودعم أهداف البرنامج.المسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على سجلات الرياضيين، ووثائق التأشيرة، وتحديثات التأمين، والمهام الإدارية الأخرى.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير والتحديثات لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- إدارة المراسلات وضمان التواصل الفعال مع الرياضيين والمدربين والاتحادات الوطنية.
- تنظيم جدولة الاجتماعات والمواعيد والفعاليات المتعلقة ببرنامج المنح الدراسية.

يُطلق المركز العالمي للتدريب المائي في البحرين مبادرة جديدة لحاملي منح السباحة والغوص. يبحث المركز عن مدرب رئيسي يتمتع بمهارات عالية وحماس للإشراف على مدربي السباحة والغوص. سيُشرف المدرب الرئيسي، التابع للمركز العالمي للتدريب المائي، على تدريب السباحين الحاصلين على منح يوميًا، لضمان تقدمهم وفقًا لمعايير الأداء العالية. ستُناقش الاستراتيجية والبرنامج العام مع مستشار المركز العالمي للتدريب المائي.المسؤوليات
- التعاون مع مدير برنامج المنح الدراسية ومستشار التدريب لإنشاء خطة أداء سنوية والمشاركة في مراجعات الأداء.
- كن جهة الاتصال الرئيسية مع مدير المركز لتنظيم التدريب.
- الإشراف على العمليات الرياضية اليومية لمركز تطوير الرياضات المائية العالمي في البحرين.
